2 Simple steps to start training
Step 1)  Once we have an opening…..which you can commit to for 10 weeks, then you
Step 2) Register Online and start training.
Q.           Do you sign up for a particular Day and Time(session)?
A.            YES – Depending on availibilty, you must commit to at least 10 weeks of a specific day and time (known as a session).  If you would like to move to another time, group, day, etc, current clients will be giving 1st choice.
Q:          Are we able to change the days and times to accommodate changes in practice and game schedules?
A.          Yes – Most of the time we are able to make changes to accommodate our athletes, but it must be within the 10 week session period. Because we only have a few hours each day after school to work with our athletes, so we try our best to accommodate changes.  However, they may be outside of their age group, which leads me to the next question.
Q.           How large are your groups?
A.            Usually no larger than 5.  And we very often have just 2 or 3 athletes at a time so that we can work on more specific needs.
Q.           Will my child advance more if he/she is with older athletes?
A.            Not at all.  We have a program, and our athletes follow it, whether they are alone or with kids of other ages and abilities. We do try to find what works best for your child  and our young athletes are placed in groups based on age, development, athletic capabilities and chemistry.  Athlete can start any time if space is available and our programs run year round.K2 Performance Training

Q.           Will this training meets the special needs of my athlete?
A.            Any athlete is only as strong as his/her weakest link (ability).  Our program is designed to build an all-around athlete, which will help every athlete in any sports.   Which sports or position requires the following:  speed, agility, strength, power, endurance, mobility, stability and flexibility?  The correct answer is every sport.  If you watch the all-start game this year in any sport, you will notice that over 90% of the all-stars were multi-sport athletes throughout high school and most of them throughout college.  Yes – Even Hockey. With that said, YES we do sport specific movements with all athletes.
