K2 Strength and Conditioning is a Fitness Training facility with programs for individuals of all ages and abilities.  Known for our no-nonsense, motivating training environment with just the right mix of science and attitude, the knowledge displayed and results attained at K2 has led to extraordinary success.

K2’s team of coaches will provide you with an environment in which you can identify and work toward measurable improvements on the field and in life. With an emphasis on individualized goals and needs, you are provided with the programming and inspirational coaching necessary to reach the next level of fitness.

Rather than machines, we use a combination of functional equipment such as dumbbells, medicine balls, bands, etc, which allows you to train the movement patterns you use every day at work and play.  Using functional movements also improves your conditioning and creates an afterburn, where you burn calories all day long, not just during exercise.
